- This posting is to satisfy the publication requirements for Brand Name Justifications and is for information purpose only. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Headquarters, Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC), Combat Information Transport System (CITS) Program (A6) has a requirement for Network Information Transfer Node (ITN) Upgrade at Scott AFB, IL. The requirement identified the need for manufacturer specific equipment. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services located at 1710 Corporate Crossing, Suite 3, O’Fallon, IL 62269, issued a solicitation to all the prime contractors on the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Class D MAIDIQ Contract. The solicitation was issued on 2 June 2008 via the GSA Information Technology Solution (ITSS) procurement portal. The closing date for proposals is 1 July 2008. The proposal instructions to offerors and Statement of Work are only available to the prime NASA SEWP, Class D contractors via GSA ITSS.
