- NSN 5995-01-445-5227, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL. This buy is a firm fixed price(FFP) buy IAW DRAWING NR 80063 A3261223 BASIC AMEND NR DTD 10/28/96 TYPE NUMBER A3261223-2. Bidset information is available on the inernet vai http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. This buy is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This end application for this item is the Arleigh Burke Class DDG. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package for review. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Non-critical item. FOB is Destination. Inspection and acceptance is Destination.Stock location only. ARO of 145 days. qty= 1545. Quantity Variance is zero.Contract will be awarded by DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the soliciation.
