Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6090, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. (iv) This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 334210 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. (vi) The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Brand Name Only (Polycom Brand Name Letter is attached.) 2 each 2583-22563-002 V2IU 5300-E25 Firewall/ NAT traversal unit for medium to large enterprise locations. This model includes 2 x 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces, a 1 x 10/100 Ethernet with capacity of 25meg select power cord per region 2 each 4870-00118-156 Partner Premier, One Year, V2IU 5300-E25. (Qualified partners only). 2 each 5151-21060-700 PathNavigator - 500-Pack License (500 registrants and 150 concurrent calls). 2 each 4870-00004-160 Partner Premier, One Year, PathNavigator 500 licenses. (Qualified partners only). Brand Name or Equal Item (Please provide technical specifications for equal) 5 each 5101186 Market Central Secure Switch Fiber Optic A/B/C Switch. Switch must be certified by DISA for DVS-II usage. (vii) Products will be delivered FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. Delivery is required no later than 13 June 2008. (viii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote.
