- The FAA New England Region has a new construction effort to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for the construction of an Air Traffic Control Systems Command Center (ATCSCC) on the property of the existing Potomac Consolidated Tracon in Warrenton, V.A. on a competitive basis. The Request for Offer (RFO), technical specifications, and drawings will be made available electronically on or about July 28th, 2008. The RFO, technical specifications, and drawings will be made available to the contractors most qualified to construct a new Air Traffic Control Systems Command Center, based on the criteria listed in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR), DTFANE-08-R-03372. The estimated price range for this project is $15,000,000.00 to $30,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code is 236220-Commercial And Institutional Building Construction. Performance and Payment bonds are required.
