- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center, Shepherdstown, WV requires a contractor to offer a two-day training course entitled Interest-Based Negotiation. The course focuses on interest-based negotiation skills that will help participants apply a "win-win" process to their communication results. The course shall be participant-centered and will include skills application and interaction with a minimum of lecture, but will include handouts, examples, exercises, and classroom discussion. The requirement has a class scheduled for 2008 and a one year option period beginning in May 2009. The first offering of the course is June 30 - July 2, 2008 at the National Conservation Training Center with the option period, if exercised, occurring from May 1, 2009 - April 30, 1010. Classes will consist of a maximum of 24 students. A Statement of Work is attached to the solicitation.
