- The purpose of this modification to the presolicitation notice is to include the $31.0 Million dollar size standard associated with the NAICS CODE: 236220. Also, the presolicitation notice is clarified as follows: 1. The TYPE OF SETASIDE for this construction requirement is a competitive HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. All qualified, responsible, SBA-certified SMALL BUSINESS HUBZone concerns (in accordance with FAR Part 19.13 and contract clause 52.219-3 - Notice of Total HUBZone Setaside Aside) may submit an offer that will be considered. 2. Pre-proposal conference and site visit anticipated date will be on or about June 17, 2008 rather than June 10, 2008 at the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park Headquartes, 1801 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563-5008. 3. Type of Procurement is clarified to be a Total HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside as stated above. 4. The notice concerning submittal of an acceptable Small, HUBZone Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan is hereby deleted from the presolicitation notice since this is a set-aside for certified Small Business HUBZone concerns. 5. The proposal receipt date is anticipated to be thirty (30) calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
