Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0751; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 106 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 106 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 421 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 421 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 842 each for the base and option years. A Qualified Products List (QPL) applies to this procurement.
