Description

This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This competitive acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Notice is for replacement of an existing Special Purpose Environmental Control System located on the fourth floor of the U. S. Federal Courthouse, 125 Bull Street, Savannah, Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 238220 with size standard of $13 million. The work will be staged to allow continued operation of the area throughout the course of the project. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project involves the removal and replacement of an Environmental Control System: 10 Ton Air-Cooled Up-flow System. The Solicitation will be issued on or about March 15, 2008. Security clearances will be required for all workers. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
