Description

This Sources Sought Market Survey Notice is being conducted by 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota to determine the size, and type of businesses able to provide a Dimension Xpand Clinical Chemistry System or equal. Contractor must also be able to provide service, maintenance, reagents, installation and training of personnel for use of the equipment. If this is a product your business can provide please respond to this Sources Sought by Tuesday, 10 June 2008; 4:00 P.M. (MST). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address (3) DUNS and NAICS code (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED, SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED etc. All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above noted service.
