This is a notice of intent to sole source and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any firm that believes it can meet the capabilities and functionality described above may notify the contracting officer, via email, no later than 4:30pm 6/6/08. Such notification must include a complete description of proposed equipment, including narrative and specifications, and must demonstrate that it meets or exceeds the capabilities described above. Notification shall be emailed to Cheryl.Ebert@va.gov. Upon receipt of any such notification, the contracting officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
