- REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government currently occupies 49,908 rentable square feet of office and related space at 470/490 L”Enfant Plaza, Southwest Washington, DC with a lease expiration date of July 31, 2011. The Government intends to award a supplemental lease agreement to lease approximately 90,600 rentable square feet of parking spaces. This action will be done using other than full and open competition. The rentable space must yield a minimum of approximately 302 parking spaces. The lease term requirement is for 3 years. The space must be available for occupancy by August 1, 2008. The Government is considering whether to expand under its existing lease or relocate to alternative parking spaces. In making this determination, the Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, impact on agency mission and other variables. DELINEATED AREA: Southwest, Washington DC. OCCUPANCY: The space must have a minimum of 90,600 rentable square feet to include 302 parking spaces with a term of 3 years. The space must be available for occupancy by August 1 2008. OWNERS AN AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Expression of Interest to be utilized for evaluating purposes should include the following information concerning one’s properties and be submitted to the address below within seven (7) business days from the date of this advertisement: 1.Building(s) name(s) and address (es). 2.Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 3.Common area factor. 4.Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot.
