- NSN 5998-00-507-2071, IQC08120009030, Electronic Component. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 28 each. Item is solicited under full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Approved sources are: Centroid (21856), Raytheon (96214), and Alektronics (0DR48) P/N 600665-2. First Article Testing is required for non-approved sources. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Min order quantity: 2 each. Max order quantity: 28 each. Average order quantity is 28 each. Delivery is 240 days after date of contract. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. Note(s) 9 and 26 apply(s). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of June 16, 2008. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Data is also available on this website. This solicitation is set aside for small business. 9. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DODSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DODSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by phoning the DoDSSP Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-6396/6257 (DSN: 442-6396/6257). Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
