PURCHASE AND INSTALL NEW FALK GEAR, MOTOR BARRINGS AND TRIM DRIVE SYTEM AND INSPECT WORM GEAR (THRUST BEARING IN WORM GEAR), AND INSPECT RAILS. ATTACH TWO MORE POINTS FOR TURN BUCKLES AND ATTACH TURN BUCKLES. REPLACE ARMATURE, ARMATURE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE USAF. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONs LOCATED IN THE SOLICITATION ATTACHMENT. Falk Model No. 4215J-C-Drive 05 ratio 4.923. Site visits can be arranged by calling MSgt Roddy at 307 773-3633 THE ELEVATOR IS LOCATED IN A MAF IN WESTERN NEBRASKA.
