- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G2AG8114A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The NAICS for this solicitation is 337127. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 500 employees. This solicitation is for a 100% small business set-aside. This is a commercial request for the following equipment: Requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001: 3 EA: 36" Wide Storage Cabinets CLIN 0002: 6 EA: 24" Deep Shelves CLIN 0003: 3 EA: Maintenance Cart - 8 drawers CLIN 0004: 3 EA: Maintenance Cart - 12 drawers ***Specify color of item quoted and warranty information. Color Options: Yellow, Blue or Grey are all acceptable. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: CLIN 0001 - Cabinets -- Dimensions - 78" H x 36" W x 24" D -- Cabinets should contain 4 (four) shelves included in each -- Shelves need to be ADJUSTABLE -- Heavy Duty Metal Construction -- Color Options: Yellow, Blue or Grey CLIN 0002 - Shelves -- Dimensions - 24" D -- Heavy Duty Metal Construction -- Color Options: Yellow, Blue or Grey Note: Shelves for CLIN 0002 will be used in the Cabinets listed in CLIN 0001 CLIN 0003 - Maintenance Cart - 8 drawers -- Dimensions - 39 3/8" W x 20" D x 39" H -- To include 8 (eight) drawers -- Heavy Duty Metal Construction -- Rugged Roller bearing casters -- Work Surface on Top of Cart -- Color Options: Yellow, Blue or Grey CLIN 0004 - Maintenance Cart - 12 drawers -- Dimensions - 53" W x 18" D x 40 1/2" H -- To include 12 (twelve) drawers -- Heavy Duty Metal Construction -- Rugged Roller bearing casters -- Work Surface on Top of Cart -- Color Options: Yellow, Blue or Grey Pricing shall include delivery FOB destination to Nellis AFB NV 89191 Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently, price for combined line items, including shipping cost FOB Destination.
