- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, intends to negotiate with Rescue Training Inc. on a sole source basis so that 15 participants can attend a 90 day Paramedic Training Course. The contract type is to be a Firm Fixed Price commercial type contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Rescue Training, INC is the only known source capable of satisfying the government’s minimum requirement. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. Telephone, fax and or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
