- AIR SUPERIORITY MISSILES AND WEAPONS ADVISORY & ASSISTANCE SUPPORT (A&AS) (LIMITIED TO SB PARTICIPATION ONLY) CAUTION: This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for A&AS support for the 575 th Combat Sustainment Squadron. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales customers in the areas of administration, logistics, technical, engineering, program management, configuration management, budgeting, financial management, database and information technology management and support, development and operation of guns and missile system laboratories, and demilitarization process services to the 575 Combat Sustainment Squadron via a highly qualified staff with the necessary education, knowledge, and/or expertise to successfully perform a wide range of administrative, financial, technical, logistical, and engineering services including, but not limited to, research, development, acquisition, contract administration, program management and sustainment, logistics analyses, and quality assurance. Personnel shall be required to perform any one or a combination of, the specific tasks/subtasks and shall advise the appropriate Government Program Managers (GPMs) and/or the Squadron Chief - User Project Manager (UPM) on program management issues. Prospective SB contractors should review the attached documents and respond IAW the instructions set forth in the SSS Capability Survey not later than 03 july 2007.
