Request for information, sources and capabilities sought; there is NOT a substantiated requirement in place, nor does funding exist for this sources sought notice, this is published to Request interested firms reply to learn what capabilities in the commercial market exist for Temporary Human Resources Specialist Services. Please respond with your firm's capabilities to perform: Temporary Staff Minimum qualifications. "Must have had at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-201-11 level performing staffing functions as described below. "Specialized experience must have been performed during the last 36 months. "Must have extensive knowledge of OPM and VA regulations as they pertain to Title 5 and Title 38 staffing. "Must have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing vacancy announcements, job analysis and crediting plans. "Must have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing certificates of eligibles, including veteran's preference regulations. Temporary Staff Duties to be performed. "Incumbent will be responsible for preparing Title 5 and Title 38 Vacancy Announcements. This includes working with the Selecting Official to develop the job analysis and crediting plan, determining area of consideration, recruitment incentives, career ladder opportunities, etc. If needed, working directly with the DEU to post the vacancy. "Incumbent will review all applications to determine qualifications, and to prepare a certificate of eligibles. "Incumbent will maintain an existing log showing the date of completion. Other.
