Description

This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition, The Drug Enforcement Administration solicited bids from vendors and the lowest quote was accepted. International Surveillance Technology provided the lowest quote. The intended order will be for 18 Hotel/Motel Kits with microwave receiver, single 100GB Hard Drive, monitor, single time data generator, No VHF, all contained in 1250 Pelican case, 120 VAC, 12 VDC and internal battery. L-Band, and S-Band 1700-1850 & 2200-2300 MHz. Shipping included. The total price proposed and accepted is $236,907.45. As a result, the DEA will provide an order to International Surveillance Technology. If there are any concerns with regard to DEA's intent, please contact Ghazala Shabnam, Contract Specialist. Closing date is June 9, 2008 at 10:00 AM EST.
