- AMCOM, Acquisition Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV Directorate, Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). The proposed Procurement is for the Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) which will also include the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) of an FMS Helicopter Part in support of the US Army FMS Repair Program for the Country of Columbia. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with one source thus this Notice is not a request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to award to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The Contractor will perform the initial TT&E effort on 4 FMS Blackhawk Actuator Trim Assy, NSN: 1680-01-137-3533, P/N: 70410-02760-047. See FedBizOps Numbered Note 22.
