Known problems: 4mm video head is broken off and 6mm video head articulates and will not lock. Request for quote will issue on or about 16 June 2008. Simplified acquisiton procedures will be utilized with firm fixed price. Anticipated Period of Performance 30 June to 12 September 2008. This is a sole source to Olympus Industrial. Please quote delivery schedule when soliciation is issued.
