- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is a hundred percent set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 441120 and size standard is less than $24.5 Million. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-FAC 2005-25 (Effective 22 May 08)& Class Deviation 2005-00001. Offers shall propose a firm fixed price for the unit quantity of one (1) each of the following: (0001) 2005 or 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner SR5 Double Cab, 6 Cyl, 4.0 Fuel Injected, Transmission Automatic, Equipment: Power Steering, Power Door Locks, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Passenger Side Air Bag, Anti-Lock Braking System, 4 Doors, Air Conditioning, No more than 25,000 miles (0002) 2006 or 2007 Toyota Tacoma SR5 Double Cab 4X4, 6 CYL, 4.0 Fuel Injected, Transmission Automatic, Driver and Passenger Side Air Bag, Anti-Lock Braking System, 4 Doors, Air Conditioning, No more than 46,000 miles, (0003) 2005 or 2006 Toyota Corolla LE, 4 Door Sedan, 4 Cyl, 1.8 Fuel Injected, Transmission Automatic, Driver and Passenger Side Air Bag, Anti-Lock Braking System, No more than 25,000 miles. ALL ITEMS 0001 THROUGH 0003, FOB and ACCEPTANCE: Destination, ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, 21005. Delivery Required No Later than 19 JUNE 2008. The provision of FAR 52.212-3 and 52.212-3 Alt I, offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (July 2003) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3 and 52.212-3 Alt I, the clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (January 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Delivery Schedule. Offerors will submit technical specifications of the product, to include warranty information, with the proposal. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, lowest price and the ability to meet the required delivery schedule of 19 Jun 2008 be the determining factor.
