Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, (Reclamation) intends to have a cultural resource inventory of a total of approximately 2,049 acres of land under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office. The land to be inspected is located at Pathfinder Reservoir in Natrona County, Wyoming. The Request of Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around June 5, 2008, and quotes are due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, P.O. Box 1630, Mills WY 82644-1630 on or before 4:00 pm MST on June 19, 2008. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 519190. This is a small business set-aside. The specifications will not be posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors shall fax a request to the attention of Tonya A. Pittsley at 307-261-5691. The fax must include contractors name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification and DUNS number. NOTE 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may register at www.ccr.govNote 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All the representations and certifications which used to be submitted within Section K are now located online. To complete your Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), contractors need to go to http://orca.bpn.govNote 3: Contractor's must submit their Tax Identification Number and Data Universal Number with their offer (GP-20)
