- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter Charleston (SPAWARSYSCENCharleston) is soliciting informationfrom potential sources to provideservices to manufacture, integrate,test, and deliver fullyoperational/combat ready TacticalCommon Data Link (TCDL) SurfaceTerminal Equipment (STE) groundsystems and spare suites, and provideassociated documentation andtraining. The attached documentprovides the required specifications. The NAICS code is 541511 with a sizestandard of $23 million. NOTE: Thisnotice is for planning purposes only.Firms are invited to submitdocumentation (any literature,brochures, and references) necessaryto support that they possess therequired capabilities necessary to meetor exceed the stated requirements.Responses are not to exceed 10pages.
