Description: The purpose of this modification is to answer Contractor questions. What certifications are required by the base (if teams play in sanctioned leagues)? The Sports Officials for intramural sports must be certified by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association at a minimum. We do not have teams that play in sanctioned league unless they play off base. Can we send in our quotation either by Email or Fax? Please respond via fax.
