Description: BASIC: The Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to Construct new 6,567 square foot addition, and small conference facility, install and connect new servicing utilities and construct new sidewalks and pavement to Bldg 222 on Robins AFB, Georgia in strict accordance wth attached plans and specifications. Additive 1: Construct 1000 square foot addition on East side Bldg 222 Additive 2: Construct new hip roof over existing and warehouse addition and connection to new 6,567 sf building addition. Additive 3: Replace Modular Variable Air Volume (VAV) thermofuser HVAC system specified in the Base Bid with a contrator-designed Parallel VAV terminal units HVAC System.
