- Furnish all labor, materials, transportation and equipment to fabricate and deliver 682 ea., 1500# sinkers to Coast Guard unit in Memphis, TN 38105. NO ON-SITE POURING of sinkers at location. Sinkers shall be allowed to cure for a minimum of 3 days before they are moved or stacked. A one inch diameter round stock steel bar shall be placed in concrete and used to lift sinkers in accordance with drawing.
