Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following wall paper and related items. JOSEPHSON, STOCK NUMBER G 5461712 BEL CANTO CLAMSHELL (1200 yds); G 5494323 BEL CANTO BURNT COPPER (2310 yds); G 5461716 BEL CANTO WARMTH (1200 yds); G 5461717 BEL CANTO PHEASANT (2310 yds); G 5461719 MAMBO SNOWPALE (750 yds); G 5516112 MAMBO FRESCO BLUE (570 yds); G 5494325 BAY WAVE RAW SILK 54"W (300 yds); G 5462516 MAMBO PEARLWASH (210 yds); G 5461715 BEL CANTO WINDWARD (480 yds); G 5462082 BEL CANTO SARI (930 yds). These items are requested by the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Contractor shall provide these items F.O.B destination. NAICS Code is 322222. This procurement is open to all qualified suppliers and manufacturers. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-08-RQ-0296JL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time June 16, 2008. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
