Description
The USDC/NOAA Seafood Inspection Program Gloucester, Ma has a requirement for technical training in the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems management technique. Contractor shall effectively deliver six (6) technical training courses in both English and Spanish developed by the USDC Seafood Inspection Program Technical Services Training Team, ranging from 3-5 days in length. Anticipated course locations are as follows. Contractor will receive a 30 day notification if the course location is changed. Miami, FL (2 workshops) August 26-28, 2008 & November 04-06, 2008 Long Beach, CA (1 workshop) October 01-03, 2008 Three (3) optional locations with dates to be announced Period of performance will be from award date until July 31, 2009 with the option to extend the period of time for 6 months. See RFQ #EM133F08RQ0623 with statement of work attached. This acquisition will be used as a full and openly competed RFQ and awarded as a firm fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. Clauses 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions-Simplified Acquisitions (Other than Commercial Items) and FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend apply. Clauses may be viewed in their entirety at www.arnet.gov. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is assigned. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a Duns number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is U004 and the NAICS Code is 611310, small business size standard is $6.5 million. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS.
