- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-08-T-0153 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 10 June 08. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 238290 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. Multiple awards may be made if its advantageous to the Government with the administrative cost of $500 considered for each award. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400-08-T-0153. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Upon the submission of the solicitation, it is required to attach the check list provided on the synopsis.
