Description
REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Government is seeking to lease two suites located in the same building one suite of approximately 12,898 USF/14,833 RSF ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and a suite of approximately 500 USF/575 RSF for a total of 13,398 USF/15,408 RSF, in Syracuse, NY. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, and meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/ The Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2009. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
