Description

The U. S. Department is seeking qualified Architecture and Engineering firms for the Jacobs Creek Civilian Conservation Center located in Bristol, Tennessee. We are looking for firms that qualify under the Small Business Programs mentioned in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. When submitting your response, please indicate under which programs you meet the criteria. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT for planning purposes only. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are small business with the capabilities and experience. The project involves design and construction of a new sanitary sewer collection system to serve the campus at the Jacobs Creek Civilian Conservation Center. The work also includes sanitary sewer system replacement and repair as well as the demolition and/or removal/abandonment of existing sewer elements. The work also requires the restoration of site areas impacted by construction operations. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAISC) is 541330, and the Small Business Standard is $4.5 million. All interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement to Ms. Eileen Garnett, Contract Specialist, U.S. Department of Labor, OASAM, BOC, OPS, Division of Job Corps A&E Construction, 200 Constitution, 200 Constitution Ave., NW, RM N4308, Washington, DC 20210.
