- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ V0720181550171. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following item(s): 46 each metered faucets for crew berthing heads onboard USS Ponce (LPD-15) and 120 pair of berthing curtains, red in color, measuring approx. 6'8"L X 22"W for the crew's berthing. Curtains will be fabricated with nomex material, weight will be 6oz per sq yard, fabrication of the curtain and track shall be in accordance with DOD-C-24556. They shall be provided complete with all associated hardware necessary for installation, tape and fabric tabs. RDD is 6/27/08. If providing equal, please provide descriptive data.
