- PR No: IQC07345009015. This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract with a base and four option years. Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved source: General Electric (cage 07482 and 99207). Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. FOB Origin. A complete list of items is below. Configuration control and source control apply. Some are classified as Critical Safety Items (CSI). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer.
