Description

The intent of this performance based service contract is to provide for stabilization and drainage improvements of National Forest System Roads in the Skyforks Watershed on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (Skykomish Ranger District). This contract will primarily focus on roads in high risk aquatic areas to improve drainage of the roads. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to provide stabilization and drainage of roads in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. The resulting contract will be a performance based, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract with a minimum guarantee of $25,000 with a maximum not to exceed of $99,000. The Contactor shall start work, when directed, within three calendar days from the date work orders are issued. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about June 23, 2008. The estimated start work date is on or about July 15, 2008 and shall be completed by June 30, 2009.
