- Description
- The purpose of this posting is to post additional questions and answers for the subject RFP. The proposal due date is not being extended due to these questions and answers. Any further inquiries should be sent to either augustine.salvati@langley.af.mil or to joy.delande@langley.af.mil. Below are the questions and answers: 1. In both the RFP and Questions/Reponses the Government has clearly outlined the requirement for, in addition to our technical response/technical capability, a separate Quality Control Plan, Transition Plan, and Quality Management System/Plan. Are these plans pages included or excluded from the Technical Proposal 60 page count limit? Response: Yes 2. Are 11x17 fold-outs counted as one page or based on their size equivalent to two (2) pages? May the fold-outs be used in any/all of the proposal Volumes? Response: 11 x 17 fold-outs are counted as their size equivalent which would be 2 pages. The fold-outs may be used in any/all of the proposal volumes, but are still subject to that volume page count limitation. 3. Do cover sheets, table of contents, tab pages and/or section dividers, list of acronyms, provided for organization and clarification purposes and not to provide proposal content, count toward pages counts? Response: No, these referenced documents will not count towards the volume page count limit if their sole intent is for organization and does not provide any proposal content. 4. The Government has stipulated the 12 point size for typing. May a smaller size font, still readable, be used in charts, tables, diagrams, graphs, and/or graphics? Response: No, the 12 size font size is applicable to all documents provided.
