Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG89-08-Q-6PN089 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The small business sized is $6.5 mil. The NAICS is 811310. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following: Contractor shall provide a total of two(2) employees per the attached Statement of Works. Resume’ of potential employees shall be included in submittals along with at least two(2) references. Performance Period: Date of Award – 30 Sep 2008 Pricing Schedule: Qty Unit of Issue Unit Price Total Price 3 Months THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT OF 1965 IS APPLICABLE TO THIS SOLICITATION. THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S WAGE DETERMINATION NUMBER 2005-2069, REVISION NO. 6, DATED 05/29/2008 IS APPLICABLE AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements.
