Description

This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The purpose of this solicitation is for HVAC system replacement currently serving the District Court IT Center at the John A. Campbell Federal Courthouse in Mobile, AL. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified work. Work to be accomplished during regular working hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm (weekdays). The NAICS code is 236220. Construction trades will be required and will be identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations included in the solicitation package. The Small Business Size Standard is $31.0 million. This project is a competitive 100% set aside for small business. A Payment Bond will be required under this contract. Estimated project cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 25, 2008. SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY ONLY. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE MAILED. To receive a copy of this solicitation logon to WWW.FBO.GOV.
