This procurement is a total Socio-Economic Small Business goaling Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote is NOT received by a responsible and responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or HUB zone concerns, all quotes received from small business concerns will be considered without further notice. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Spring hay cutting. LOCATION: Rock Springs Field Office, 280 Highway 191 N., Rock Springs, WY 82901. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A performance period of 8 calendar days with a completion date no later than August 25, 2008. With an estimated start date on August 18, 2008. Solicitation to be issued on or about June 12, 2008.
