- Description
- The United States Postal Service (USPS) intends to pre-qualify suppliers capable of providing video production services that can meet the performance, reliability, quality and flexibility for the organization. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) has expanded its use of video and related media products in recent years to support consumer fraud and crime prevention programs, train employees, provide crisis communications during large scale investigations and incidents, and to present critical and persuasive messages to key audiences within and outside the Postal Service. In order to be considered for the pre-qualification process, all interested parties must submit information that addresses the items identified and listed in the attachment. Respondents included in the pre-qualified group may be invited to provide proposals in response to the USPS RFP (Request for Proposal). Responding to this notice does not guarantee pre-qualification or participation in future USPS activities. All qualified respondents may not be placed in the pre-qualified group if the purchase team determines that a smaller group may provide adequate competition or that some respondents are considerably more qualified than others.
