- A sources sought notice is being published by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM). This notice strongly encourages small businesses to participate. The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command anticipates the need to acquire worldwide service and supports a wide range of technical, management, logistics, information technology, administrative functions and systems that directly interface with intelligence producers, decision authorities, and intelligence support organizations at INSCOM. Functions to be performed specifically include: 1. Information Technology and Management Support; 2. Force Management Support; 3. Intelligence and Information Operations Support; 4. Security; 5. Resource Management Support; and 6. Administrative Support. In addition to the functions listed above, the company should be able to comply with all corresponding data deliverable requirements. Based on the information provided, interested firms are requested to submit a response in the form of a capabilities statement (preferably in Word of no more than ten (10) on one side, 8 by 11 size paper, 11-12 point Arial font, including all attachments). The capabilities statement should address how the company has provided those functions and must provide a cover memorandum stating their business size (small or large; if small, provide detail on category, e.g., small women-owned, service disabled veteran owned, Hubzone, 8(a), etc. ) and whether they can provide all or a portion of the requirements listed in this notice. (If partial, state which function can be performed). All responses will be safeguarded as containing proprietary information. Note that USAINSCOM is now considering small business set-asides for security, resource management support, and administrative support. No questions will be answered. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. Provide a response electronically to: omnibus3@mi.army.mil. The release of this notice in no way obligates INSCOM to release an RFP or make an award of any type.
