Description

HSFEHQ-08-R-0021 Maintenance & Deactivation of Mobile Home Trailers Amendment 2 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the following below questions. Please submit all questions before June 11, 2008 to ensure they are answered on FedBizOpps.Gov before proposals are due on June 13, 2008. Questions from Contractors 1. On sheet 3 concerning the DR-1711 section, it references 64 units located throughout multiple counties. With this information I have a few questions: Question: (a) Are these units included in the original 130 units? Answer: The additional 64 units are not part of the original 130 units. There is a total of 194 units. A separate pricing sheet was previously submitted but is now attached for your reference. 2. Question: Is this cost based on additional sites outside of the proposed area? Answer: The 64 units are located in Allen, Elk, Montgomery, Neosha and Wilson counties. This information is further described in Amendment 1. Please see the below pricing sheets. 3. Question: I did not find the Past Performance Questionnaire. Please provide. Answer: Please see attachment, Past Performance Questionnaire.
