This procurement is equipment used to upgrade the GPS receiver network for the ANT Center at AFIT. The delivery will be 45-60 days ARO. The project is for AFIT/ENG 2950 Hobson Way Bldg. 640 Rm. 312, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7765. NAICS Code 334511 and Size Standard is 750 employees. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a supply/service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is LEICA Geosystems Inc. 5051 Peachtree Corners Circle Ste 250, Norcross, GA 30092-3024. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
