- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS: 333132 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: N/A The purchase of One (1) each GEFCO 50K Topdrive Multipurpose trailer mounted drill rig to modernize existing Air Force equipment and to fulfill RFF requirements. Although quotes are preferred for the GEFCO Drill Rig, quotes for equal products will be considered, provided they meet the salient physical, functional, and performance capabilities of the GEFCO Rig outlined in the attached technical specifications. Prices should be FOB Port of Embarkation (McGuire AFB, NJ 08641). Request delivery date is 30 days ARO. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement.
