Description

The Small Business Outreach Conference date has been changed from Wednesday, June 18, 2008 to Tuesday, June 17, 2008. The conference will be held at the Philip Burton Federal Building located on 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102 in the Arizona Room on the second floor. The conference will start promptly at 9am and will end at 5pm. A picture ID is required to get into the building. Interested Prime Design/Build contractors planning on attending this conference should be prepared to give a brief introduction of their company and their qualifications as they relate to the San Ysidro Demolition/Renovation Project. SF 330’s for interested Prime Design/Build firms only are due for submittals on 6/24/08. The following dates have also been changed: Submittals of qualifications 6/24/2008 Announcement of Short-Listed firms:6/30/2008 Request for Proposal (RFP) Issuance 6/30/2008 Pre-Proposal Contract/ Site Walkthrough7/15/2008 Response to RFP 7/30/2008 no later than 3:30 pm PT
