- US Army, CECOM LCMC, Avionics Logistics and Engineering Directorate, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043 Sources Sought for CIS Mode Select Panel C-10999A/A. Gregory F. Kaiser Jr., AMSEL-AC-CA-RT-AB The previous Market Survey announcement for the Select Panel is now changed, please review the changes provided herein. This is a Market Survey to locate additional or alternate sources for the Command Instrument System (CIS) Mode Select Panel C-10999A/A NSN 5895-01-225-3255, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Part Number P/N 70902-01085-045, CAGE 78286. The C-10999A/A select panel is a component of the CIS and is located on the instrument panel of the Army UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. The panel has three ANVIS green illuminated pushbuttons (switches) for selecting the heading, navigation, and altitude hold modes. A Five Year IDIQ with one-year option is planned with an approximate procurement quantity of 60 units per year; competitively awarded through a Reverse Auction. The Government is interested in the viability of pricing for the sixth year and if anyone will have trouble doing so. Currently there are four (4) suppliers for this item; Astronautics Corporation of America, CAGE 10138, Mast Keystone Inc CAGE 99176, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE 78286 and SW Electronics, CAGE 23302. The supplier will provide CIS Mode Select Panels that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous suppliers. A complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM LCMC, Attn: AMSEL-AC-CA-RT-AB, Building 1208, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, manufacture units. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and can deliver units within six months of award. This Market Survey does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it guarantee any future contract award.
