The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Min for the base year is 6 Ea., Min Order Qty 24 Ea., Estimated Annual demand Qty 24 Ea.; Max Contract Qty for the base year is 48 Ea.
