Description

THIS MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED SOLICITATION NUMBER 08ERQQ0432 IS TO INCLUDE THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATON DOCUMENT. FOLLOWING IS A DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLICITATION: The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for three (3) NECROPSY TABLES WITH ELEVATING Pedestal and Down Draft Ventilation. Tabletop should be 14 gauge stainless steel with #4 satin finish, built-in Large Integral Sink, Two (2) receptacles, Hydro Aspirator, Hot & Cold single lever mixing valve with Swing Spout Faucet with vacuum breaker, Swing Spray, Four (4) removable perforated Grid Plates, Electro-Mechanical Actuator, Lifting Capacity of One Thousand (1,000) pounds to be delivered to National Wildlife Health Center, Madison, Wisconsin by August 31, 2008. RFQ 08ERQQ0432 will be issued on or about 06/09/2008 with written quotes due on or about 06/17/2008. The NAICS code is 423850 The anticipated award date of the contract is 06/20/2008. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
