Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required to deliver 11 each 24' cattle quards and 2 each 12' cattleguard, 12' nominal width, 8' nominal length across direction of vehicle travel. Cattle Guards, manufactured to meet Wyoming Department of Transportation technical specification, with exception of round pipe used for the grilles in lieu of flattened or angular pipe. Concrete cradles and drop in grilles to be delivered to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, CO and installed by Rocky Mountain Arsenal. This acquisition is an emerging small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332312 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation package is anaticipated to be available electronically on, or about, June 25, 2008, with an anticipated closing date of July 10 2008. The solicitation, specifications can be obtained at www.fbo.gov once issued. In order to be eligible for award, all responsible sources submitting proposals are required to be registered as an Active vendor in Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) by the closing date of the solicitation. Award shall not be made to firms who have not registered as an Active vendor in CCR.
