- The DHS-Transportation Security Administration intends to award a fixed-price purchase order for a base period of twelve months to include two option items to allow for the inclusion of additional TSA-occupied space at the Newark International Airport (EWR). This award is set aside for small business. As a small business, you are invited to participate in this procurement. In order to participate, the offeror shall hold a current valid security clearance and be cleared to do business at EWR. The solicitation will be issued simultaneously with this synopsis. The solicitation number is HSTS01-08-R-RES321 and is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-25. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 with a small business size standard of $15 million. This requirement is a “Small Business” set-aside and only qualified small business offerors may submit proposals. The solicitation package can be obtained by emailing Jennifer.Springer@dhs.gov. The solicitation will start on the date of this posting and will end on June 30, 2008 at 12:00 noon local DC time.
