The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Cultural Heritage Center (ECA/P/C plans to award a follow-up sole soucre non personal services Purchase order to Ms. Vivianna P. Cowl, 105 Sheffield St., Silver Spring, MD, 20910-5521 to provide support as the Cultural Antiquities Program Coordinator to be assigned related task involved in carrying out the Congressional directive creating the CATF to include a number of projects intended to assist Iraq, Afghanistan, and other countries in preventing the looting and destruction of their archaeological and historic sites and in preventing illicit international trafficking in stolen and looted cultural objects. They are intended to improve coordination among U.S. and international law enforcement agencies and to assist them in tracking, recovering, and repatriating stolen and looted cultural objects. The contractor will assist in managing a wide range of projects, including the development of training programs, workshops, databases, and web-based and print materials and in providing the administrative support required to carry out these projects. This is not a permenant position.
